In an article published on 27 September in The Investigator bylined by Fred Data Kamwada he reports that there are discussion about putting the portrait of Pres. Yoweri Museveni on Ugandan banknotes.
He reports that Pres. Museveni, who is in power since 1986, has been consulted several time about having his image on currency, but he always declined the honor. It is not known whether he will accept it now.
