Narodowy Bank Polski will issue on October 2 a new banknote of 19 (sic) zlotych (PLN19.1) commemorative of the Centennial of the Polska Wytwórnia Papierów Wartościowych, S.A., the Polish Security Printing Works.
This new banknote was due to be issued in March, but for non disclosed reasons the date was moved to October.
Like all other recent Polish commemorative banknotes, it will be sold at a premium over the face value, and while is is legal tender, it is not intended for general circulation.
There are pictures circulating in the social media, but these do not seem to be that of the real note.
