The 2025 Report of the Banco Central del Paraguay informs that the process of issuing the new family of banknotes is advancing. The production of new banknotes of 5,000 (PYG5,000.5), 50,000 (PYG50,000.5) and 100,000 guaraníes (PYG100,000.4) has already been contracted with reputable fiscal printers.
