Banco Central del Paraguay announced today 6 November 2026 the release to circulation of the banknotes of 100,000 guaraníes (PYG100,000.4) of the new family.

It is being rumored that the Central Bank advanced the release date of this note by one month to provide enough cash to cover the payments that will have to be made to the people hurt by the failure of Ueno Bank
