Beginning this month the Central Bank of Nicaragua is issuing a modified version of the 500 córdobas banknote dated 2021 (NIO500.B.)

The new version incorporates 24 high relief dots located in the lower right corner of the front of the note, intended to help people with reduced vision to recognize them.
