Today October 27 the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic issued new banknotes of the 2026 series of 20 (KGS20.7) and 50 som (KGS50.5) .

These were locally printed by “Central Asian Secure Printing House.”

While the basic motifs remain unchanged both the design and the security features have been updated.
