Cabinet approved yesterday, 11 Sunday 2022, a bylaw for issuing new banknotes for 2022.
The current 4th Series of banknotes was released twenty years ago in 2002. The new banknotes will incorporate new features that will improve protection against forgeries and extend their lifetime.
