The Peoples’ Bank of China has issued a 20 yuan banknote (CNY20.6) commemorative of the Year of the Dragon. It is printed on polymer, and is the first a series that will include a new one for the next 11 years, to complete the Chinese Zodiac. A total of 100 million pieces will be issued at face value, with a limit of 20 pieces per person.

It is dated 2024 and measures 70 x 145 mm.
