The Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina has announced yesterday that as of tomorrow 17 August 2022 it will issue 2022 dated banknotes of 200 konvertibilnih maraka (BAM200.1).
These banknotes will be identical to the ones issued in 2002, except for the new date and signature of the current Governor Senad Softić.
These new notes will be issued as needed, with the older ones remaining in use.
We have confirmed with the Central Bank that the substrate and security features of the new note are unchanged from the previous issues.
