Cleviston Haynes, Governor of the Central Bank of Barbados, announced today that by year’s end Barbadians will be using polymer banknotes.
He informed that while the banknotes will have a new design, the denominations, colors and notable Barbadians portraited will remain unchanged.

100 dollars BBD100.6
Their new designs and advanced security features will be unveiled in May.
