On 2 November 2023 an armored car was robbed in the Bahamas. In the robbery there were current 20 dollars mint banknotes of the 2018 series (BSD20.6) with serial numbers N760001 to N765000, along with quantities of notes of 10 dollars of the 2022 series (BSD10.7), 50 dollars of the 2006 (BSD50.4) and 2019 series (BSD50.5), and 100 dollars of the 2009 (BSD100.4) and 2021 series (BSD100.5) all in non sequential serial numbers.

A complete list of the serial numbers of the other denominations has been provided to authorities and local commercial bank, where possible.
