Act No. 22 of 2019 establishes that paper 100 dollar banknotes (TTD100.1; TTD100.2; TTD100.3 and TTD100.4) will cease to be legal tender and demonetized as of 31 December 2019.

Special consideration exists for those living outside the country,or ill people that cannot redeem them in time.
