Bank Rossiya presented today 16 October 2023 its new banknotes of 1,000 rubles (RUB1,000.4) and 5,000 rubles (RUB5,000.3).
The note of 1,000 rubles (RUB1,000.3) shows in the front the Nikolskaya Tower of the Nizhny Novgorod Kremlin; with the Museum of the History of Statehood of the Tatar People and the Republic of Tatarstan in Kazan, the Syuyumbike Tower in the territory of the Kazan Kremlin, and the Museum of Archeology and Ethnography in Ufa in the back.
The note of 5,000 rubles shows in the front the “Europe-Asia” stele, with the monument “Tale of the Urals” in Chelyabinsk in the back.
They are dated 2023 and printed on white cotton paper substrate, with a 5.5 mm wide holographic security thread in a shaped window, seen in the front. They also have two types of security fibers embedded in the paper, colored with alternating sections of red and blue, and gray fibers.
