Arkady Trachuk, General Director of Goznak, made declarations from which we can infer that Bank Rossiya is in the process of creating a new family of banknotes. They are studying the effect the recent  banknotes of 200 (RUB200.1) and 2,000 rubles (RUB2,000.1) had in the denominations mix, and the technical advances with respect to the current family of notes.
