After the Russian Orthodox Church objected that the building that now is the Museum of the History of Statehood of the Tatar People (the shortest at left), which used to be the Palace Church of the Kazan Kremlin during the Czarist times), does not show a cross at top, while the tower at its right does have a crescent, Bank Rossiya has suspended the release of the new banknotes of 1,000 rubles (RUB1,000.4).
