The Nepal Rastra Bank will issue tomorrow a new note of 5 rupees (NPR5.7). The front will show the Kasthamandap Temple which collapsed in the 2015 earthquake. The current note features Taleju Bhawani Temple located in Bhaktapur. Mount Everest will be replaced by a mountain in the Limi area of Humla. The yak’s picture in the back will also be changed.
