All denominations of the improved notes dated 2024 are already in circulation. The improved family of notes have been printed by Giesecke & Devrient.

While the design is unchanged with respect to the notes of 2019, the segmented security strip and many other security features have been upgraded.

100 shillings 2024   (KES100.8b)

200 shillings 2024   (KES200.6b)

500 shillings 2024   (KES500.4b)

1,000 shillings 2024   (KES1,000.3b)
