According to multiple sources the Central Bank of the Republic of Guinea (Conakry) is considering the issue of banknotes of 50,000 (GNF50,000.1) and 100,000 francs (GNF100,000.1); which are equal to USD5.75 and USD11.50 respectively.

Currently the largest note in se is the one of GNF20,000 (= USD2.30.)
