Comedian Kwame Asare Obeng, known as “A Plus”, claims that Bank of Ghana is actively destroying banknotes printed under the previous National Democratic Congress government, including some mint ones “not year cleared from the port.”

He is known to be a strong critic of the current New Patriotic Party.
