The Central Bank of Egypt released to circulation today its first ever polymer banknote of 10 pounds (EGP10.6).
It has been produced in the printing facility recently built in the New Administrative Capital.
The front shows the Al-Fattah Al-Alim Mosque, a new one built also in the New Administrative Capital.
All previous notes remain valid.
