All paper notes issued by the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank are legal tender and in full circulation.

When deposited to the Central Bank these are reissued, provided they are in good condition. Notes of 1 dollar and those with the very young portrait of Queen Elizabeth II are rarely seen, but still valid.
