Banco Central de la República Dominicana announced yesterday that it will release to circulation on 2 May 2023 banknotes of 50 and 200 pesos dated 2022.

From the photo published it seems that the new note of 200 pesos has an improved segmented security. 

These new banknotes will co-circulate with the previous notes.

We are awaiting for confirmation of the technical characteristics of the security windowed stripe.
