




The People’s Bank of China announced that it will issue in August 30 improved banknotes of the 5th Series 2019 in the denominations of 1 (CNY1.3), 10 (CNY10.5), 20 {CNY20.3) and 50 yuan (CNY50.4).
These will co-circulate with the 5th Series 1999, 2005 and 2015 notes, and the commemorative notes of 10; 50 and 100 yuan.
