Some details about the new family of Canadian notes have been made public. All the notes will be of vertical format.
The 10 dollars note (CAD10.6) will be issued at the end of the year.
5 dollars (CAD5.5) A consultation will be made to determine who will be portraited.
20 dollars (CAD20.5) It will continue to feature the reining monarch.
50 dollars (CAD50.4) and 100 dollars (CAD100.4) : Will show Sir John A. MacDonald, Canada’s first Prime Minister and Sir Wilfrid Laurier, first francophone Prime Minister.
