The Cambodian government has announced today, 16 September 2024, the issue of a new banknote of 200,000 riel (KHR200,000.1) commemorative of the 20th Anniversary of the Coronation of King Norodom Sihamoni. 

The new banknote measures 170 x 76 mm and has 68 security elements.

The front shows the King in the front, together with his mother, former Queen Norodom Monineath Sihanouk on the obverse.
