The new notes dated 2024 of 20 pula (BWP20.3C) and 50 pula (BWP50.4C) to be issued this week by Bank of Botswana were printed by Thomas De La Rue.

These have a varnish coat. The 20 and 50 pula dated 2009 (BWP20.3A and 50.4A) lack that coat.
