The Bangladesh Bank has announced that it will issue tomorrow 12 August 2025 the banknote of 100 taka of the new family (BDT100.8.)

It will be available from the bank’s branch in Motijheel, and will be available later on at the other offices.

Non negotiable “specimens” will be available from the Currency Museum located in Mirpur. 

Older notes continue to be current.
