20 Bolivianos banknote (Series B)

Banco Central de Bolivia has issued on 15 October 2025 the last three denominations of the improved Series B banknotes to complete its new family. They are the 10 bolivianos (BOB10.2B,) 20 bolivianos (BOB20.2B) and 50 bolivianos (BOB50.2B.) 

These notes were printed by Crane Currency in their new facility opened in 2018 in Malta.

The new notes of the Series B are similar to the ones of the Series A issued in 2019, but have several improvements, like intaglio areas replacing offset used in the first version, and advanced security stripes.
