Azerbaijan modified the rules for the export of foreign currency by both residents and non-residents.

Amounts under USD10,000 or its equivalent may be declared orally.
Amounts between USD10,000 and 50,000 or their equivalent must be declared.
Amounts over USD50,000 or its equivalent may only be exported by bank transfer.
