The new family of banknotes in which portraits of famous Argentines will replace examples of the local fauna is being presented today 23 May 2022 in a ceremony to take place at 5pm in the Presidencial Palace.

It has been informed in advance that Juana Azurduy, Manuel Belgrano, Martin Miguel de Güemes, María Eva Duarte de Perón, and José de San Martin will be among the persons selected.
