The Banco Central de la Republica Argentina (BCRA) put into circulation today the new bill of 100 pesos (ARS100.6) with the image of the taruca, an indigenous deer that constitutes an emblem of the Argentine Northwest. Starting tomorrow, December 19, this banknote will be distributed progressively through the entire network of bank branches and will coexist with the others banknotes of the same value currently in circulation.
