The Banco Central de la República Argentina announced that the banknotes of 2 pesos (ARS2.1),(ARS2.2A) (ARS2.2B) will lose all value as of 30 April 2018. Until that date these may be exchanged at any commercial bank. After that date they will become worthless.

Note of the editor: This seems to indicate a change of procedures. In previous cases the Central Bank gave a date for the end of the legal tender status of the banknotes, after which it continued to redeem them at their counters.
