According to unconfirmed reports the Banco Central de la República Argentina plans to soon withdraw from circulation the banknotes of 2 pesos (ARS2.2A and ARS2.2B).

For all practical purposes these notes were displaced by coins of similar denomination. Most likely, after these notes lose their legal tender status, they will remain redeemable without time limit, as it is the case for the first series of pesos convertibles.
