According to an article published yesterday by zero hedge,com Venezuela ordered 71 tonnes of banknote paper for the printing of banknotes of 100,000 bolívares (VES100,000.1).

The order was placed with the Italian firm Cartiere Miliani Fabriano, part of the Gruppo Fedrigoni.

The value of the banknote at today free market rates is 23 U.S. cents. It may be assumed that it will be lower by the time the notes are ready for circulation
