The Central Bank of Yemen, based in Aden, the interim capital of the Southern part under control of the legitimate government, announced yesterday that it will soon issue a new banknote of 200 riyals (YER200.2).

The new banknote measures 150 x 69 mm and shows the Zabid castle, and is dated 2018/1439.
